Naein
Located in the Esfahan province within the same distance from Yazd and Esfahan, Naein has a desert climate like most cities in the Iranian plateau, and offers one of the best examples of how qanats in Iran function. Besides its magnificent monuments, mosques and other historic buildings (mainly from the Sassanid era), Naein is also famous for high-quality carpets and wool textiles.
